ERC sets public hearing of MSK petition to bid power supply contracts
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) on February 26, 2014 finally reviewed and accepted the petition filed by Matuwid na Singil sa Kuryente Consumer Alliance, Inc. (MSK) last December 16, 2014 which is docketed as ERC case No. 2014-006 RM.
ERC also set a public hearing to be held on March 23, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
