Aboitiz Power Corp. will continue to supply the electricity requirements of The Net Group’s seven buildings in the Bonifacio Global City with an aggregate demand of 13.5 megawatts.
Aboitiz renewed its power supply agreement for the TNG’s seven buildings, namely Net Park, Net Lima, Net Plaza, Net Quad, Net Cube, Net Square, Net One Center, with an aggregated demand of 13.5 megawatts.
Before “green” development became trendy, TNG has long been leading the way, making it the Philippines’ largest green office building developer and operator today.
Nearly 20 years after it was founded by real estate connoisseurs Jacques Dupasquier and Carlos Rufino, TNG now has seven “green” buildings with almost three million square feet of gross leasable area and are home to Fortune 500 companies and many other multinational organizations.
The pioneering developments of TNG have been powered by Cleanergy, Aboitiz Power’s brand for clean and renewable energy, since 2013.
